Dead Lucky, Life After Death on Mt. Everest (Book Review)

This book is a great read. It is one of those books that started off a little slow, but after you got into the book you could not seem to put it down. The book is about Lincoln Hall's fateful night on Mt. Everest on May 25, 2006. Hall describes in great detail the days and nights that led up to his fateful night in Mount Everest's "Death Zone". It is a great read and an even greater story of one man's battle on the highest mountain in the world. The story is about how Hall was pronounced dead after collapsing from cerebral edema after summiting Mt. Everest. The evening after he was pronounced dead on the mountain, he was discovered miraculously sitting alive on the summit ridge of Mt. Everest the following morning. It is a great story and a must read.

Lincoln Hall is one of Australia's best known mountaineers, with a climbing career that spans three decades. He is also an accomplished author.
