This upcoming weekend, on Saturday March 13th, is Adventure Day at Caspers Wilderness Park.
The event last from 10am - 3pm (no pets). The day long events are free and include: music & entertainment, natural history tours, arts & crafts, wildlife exhibits, fun & games, food & beverages and hiking events.
There is a guide led, seven mile, intermediate level hike through Bell Canyon.
Directions to Caspers: From Orange County take the 5 freeway to San Juan Capistrano and exit at Ortega Highway (74). Take Ortega Highway, going toward the mountains, for about 7.5 miles and look for the entrance to Caspers Wilderness Park on your left hand side. You will see signs shortly before you arrive at the park entrance.
