Riley Wilderness Park has a couple of upcoming events, that they mentioned in their Riley Wilderness Park Newsletter. They are doing a Sunset hike on January 15, 2011 starting at 4pm. They are also having two volunteer events call "Weed Warriors" On January 29 and February 26, 2011. Both of the "Weed Warriors" events start at 8:30am. Riley Wilderness Park is a great place to take the kids for a hike.
