Given the couple of late season winter storms Southern California has had, it is great time to plan a hike to visit one of our local waterfalls. According to rain totals on weather.com the Southern California region, despite low rain totals for the season, has received close to average rain fall for the months of March and April. If you are looking for a list of hikes with waterfalls here are a few in the Santa Ana Mountains: Black Star Canyon Falls, Tenaja Falls, Ortega Falls, Holy Jim Falls, Chaquito Falls, and San Juan Falls. We also have on our blog San Antonio Falls, which is in the Angeles National Forest. Happy trails!
I highly recomend Switzer Waterfall by Hwy 2
