The folks at FootKinetics, the makers of Hike Goo, have asked us to do a little giveaway photo contest for our readers!! They are going to be giving away two different bottles of Hike Goo (one regular size and one starter size as shown above) to the winner of the photograph contest. The theme of this contest is going to be winter hiking.
DETAILS OF CONTEST
Submit your Photograph: We encourage our readers to submit one of their favorite winter nature/hiking photographs for the contest. As indicated above the theme of this contest is winter, so extra consideration will be given to hiking photographs taken in winter settings; ie they could have snow, rain, storm clouds over the trail, stream crossings, ect. All photographs are welcome and we might consider non-winter ones if they are really good as well, but just keep in mind we will give extra consideration to those who submit one along the theme of winter. If you don't have winter themed ones, then now is the perfect time to go hiking and take some pictures as you have a week to submit them! Only one entry per person is allowed. Additionally, please include the location and date of when the photograph was taken. Submit your entry to ABhikingblog@gmail.com. With your entry, please include your name and an active email address that we can contact you at. We will send you an email confirming that we got your submission.Time for Submitting your Photograph: The submission time will run from Sunday January 6, 2013 until January 14, 2013 at 11:59pm.
Selection of Finalists: Ashley and I will select three finalists from the photographs that were selected and will allow our readers to vote on the winner! Selections will be posted sometime on January 15, 2013 and readers will have a week to vote for the winner of the contest. Good luck and happy hiking!!
