ACORN DAY RETURNS TO O’NEILL REGIONAL PARK 10.19
(Trabuco Canyon, CA) – Acorn Day returns to O’Neill Regional Park on Saturday, October 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event welcomes hikes, activities and exhibits planned to bring families back to nature.
Acorn Day offers ranger-led hikes and interpretive programs as well as crafts, games and tree planting. Live animals will be on exhibit at booths presented by the Orange County Bird of Prey Center, Monarchs Forever and Inside the Outdoors. Various presentations will be going on throughout the event. Children will enjoy storytelling and a puppet show.
Reserve a campsite and stay at the park for the entire day to truly enjoy the magic of nature at Acorn Day at O’Neill Regional Park.
