Survey Results: The results of our totally unscientific poll are in with 64% of readers stating they always inform someone of their hiking plans and with 29% of readers saying they usually do. The vast majority of blog readers who go hiking are savvy and take the time to inform someone of their hiking plans. I would venture to guess most people wouldn't be in a similar situation as the guy from 127 hours.
Weather: On another note, it appears Southern California is beginning to get into the winter season with snow in our local mountains and rain everywhere else. It might not be to early top start thinking about hiking to
Local Waterfalls. Ashley and I took a quick hike this past weekend along the
Aliso Creek Trail and the stream there had plenty of water in it.
